  • The online registration and payment system is optimized for PC. We highly recommend to register with PC.
  • Please use this page with Chrome as it is the most suitable program to register and pay.
  • If you did not receive the confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat (iwamtc2025@gmail.com).
  • The Confirmation letter will be sent via E-mail that your ID address.
  • The registration fee rates only apply when you complete the registration payment within the rate period. Unless you need to register again with the next level rate.
  • Please make sure to disable your pop-up blocker before making payments online.

Payment Method

  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’ for international attendees, ‘Toss’ for Domestic attendees.

By Wire Transfer

  • The sender should pay all bank remittance charges and the sender’s name matches exactly the registrant’s name. If the registrant’s name and the sender’s name (etc. in case of a group of people) are not the same, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the Secretariat via E-mail.

  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail. The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time GMT+9.
  • There will be no refund for a “NO SHOW” registrant.
