The Organizing Committee of the IWA MTC 2025 invites you to submit abstracts for oral presentations or poster presentations.

- Your submissions must be original and have not been submitted elsewhere.
- For guidelines on formatting, please check the provided template.

- Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.

Please note that all authors are required to create a profile via the above link before submitting their abstracts. - After submitting your abstract, the presenting and corresponding authors will receive an acknowledgment of submission by email shortly. If you have not received the acknowledgment within a day, please feel free to contact the conference secretariat.
Review and Registration Instructions
- All submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by the scientific committee.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors by March 31, 2025.
- The final selection of abstracts for presentation (oral or poster) may be reassigned by the organizing committee.
- Each presenting author of the accepted abstract is required to register and pay the appropriate registration fees for the conference by June 30, 2025; otherwise, the abstract(s) will be withdrawn prior to publication.

- Should you wish to withdraw your abstract after it has been submitted, please send your request to the conference secretariat.
Special Issue
- Outstanding papers selected from IWA MTC 2025 will be considered for publication in special issues of the following journals. (more to be added)
