- Your submissions must be original and have not been submitted elsewhere.
- For guidelines on formatting, please check the provided template.

- Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.

Please note that all authors are required to create a profile via the above link before submitting their abstracts. - After submitting your abstract, the presenting and corresponding authors will receive an acknowledgment of submission by email shortly. If you have not received the acknowledgment within a day, please feel free to contact the conference secretariat.
Review and Registration Instructions
- All submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by the scientific committee.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors by March 31, 2025April 14, 2025.
- The final selection of abstracts for presentation (oral or poster) may be reassigned by the organizing committee.
- Each presenting author of the accepted abstract is required to register and pay the appropriate registration fees for the conference by June 30, 2025; otherwise, the abstract(s) will be withdrawn prior to publication.

- Should you wish to withdraw your abstract after it has been submitted, please send your request to the conference secretariat.

Outstanding papers selected from IWA MTC 2025 will be considered for publication in special issues of the following journals. (more to be added)
